The Hammer Mill is designed for high-capacity production of products that need to be micronized and ground to fine sizes. The micronization process reduces the particle size of the products to the micron level, resulting in a more homogeneous and fine powder. It is used in various fields of the food chemical industry for grinding livestock feed, pet food, and different spices. Thanks to the feeder hopper and regulator located at the top of the mill, the product is distributed homogeneously. The high-speed rotating rotor and the hardened, wear-resistant blades of the shredder break the products in the mill into smaller pieces. After the raw materials are crushed, they pass through sieves suitable for the desired size, resulting in a homogeneous product at the desired micron size. The hammer mill machine has a wide product portfolio, offering different sizes with 3 kW 220 volt single-phase and 160 kW 380 volt three-phase motor power, and steel and stainless steel body options.
