HAMMER MILL
The operating principle of the hammer mill system is that the power transmission is an electric motor. The electric motor works by moving the rotor in the machine with the help of a coupling connection. Cemented, corrosion-resistant blades made of special hardened 5630 quality materials are used on the rotor. There are perforated sheets of different sizes around the hammer mill blades. Thanks to this perforated sheet, the product micron and capacity are determined by grinding.
Hammer mill machines are produced in different sizes depending on product quality and product density.
Hammer mill usage areas are grinding and micronizing similar products such as corn barley wheat oat rye meal, grains and legumes used for feeding purposes in sheep and cattle, and are brought to the sector as animal feed.
It is used in grinding chemical products in different sectors, in the wood industry and in many other areas.
