Hammer Micronized Grinding Mill, Hammer Mill Ad Description
In the mining sector, the Hammer Mill is known as a Separator Mill.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
It is a grinding unit that performs grinding and classification (separation) together.
The material to be ground, fed into the bunker, is supplied to the mill stably with the help of an electromagnetic feeder.
The material ground in the mill is transferred to cyclones and filters when it reaches the desired micron levels in the separator.
The most important feature of this mill is that the final product can be obtained at different particle sizes in micron levels thanks to the easily changeable attachment.
It is preferred in many production facilities because it directly obtains the final product.
(Example values: 0-20 Micron / 0-50 Micron / 0-100 Micron / 0-250 Micron etc.)

1-Hammer Mill (Separator Fan Group)
2-Air, Micronized Product Circulation Pipes and Air Filtration Group.
3-Raw Material Bunker (Approx. 500 kg) + Electromagnetic Feeder
4-Micronized Product Cyclone (Big-Bag or jute bag filling can be done from the air lock under the cyclone.)
5-Micronized Product Filler (Air Lock).

APPLICATION AREAS: Used as a Micronized Mill in Mining, Chemical, Soil, Fertilizer, Recycling, Glass, and Food Industries. Stainless steel production is made in accordance with Food Standards for grinding cocoa shells, hazelnut shells, pelleted grains, and grain products, etc.
