Body

• The tipper body is made of 450 HB hardened steel, resistant to abrasion and impact.
• The rear tailgate is top-hinged with adjustable locking pins and opens/closes from the bottom.
• The body features a reinforced underframe running the full length of the chassis.
• Plastic bumpers are placed at chassis contact points to prevent noise and wear.

Hydraulics

• The tipping motion is achieved using a 5-stage heavy-duty telescopic cylinder providing a 45° tipping angle (Lift seamless cold-drawn pipe).
• Hydraulic oil tank with suction filter, pneumatically controlled tipping valve, dual-speed lowering valve, and safety limit control.
• The oil tank is mounted on the trailer, with hydraulic connection to the tractor via two quick couplings.

Chassis

• Reinforced “I”-section main beams, welded using a 120/12 mm top and bottom flange and a 5 mm web plate via automatic submerged arc welding.
• Beams are cross-braced with traverses to prevent torsion.
• Short rear end compatible with asphalt pavers.
