Our standard plate dimensions are as follows.

At least 5 plates and maximum 40 plates can be attached to 250x250 mm dimensions.
Minimum 5 plates and maximum 40 plates can be attached to 400x400 mm dimensions.
At least 5 plates and maximum 55 plates can be attached to 500x500 mm dimensions.
At least 5 plates and maximum 60 plates can be attached to 630x630 mm dimensions.
At least 5 plates and maximum 100 plates can be attached to 800x800 mm dimensions.
At least 5 plates and maximum 100 plates can be attached to 1000x1000 mm dimensions.

Filter press working principle

Filter plates of solid particles by filtering the solid-liquid mixed liquid fed with the help of high pressure pumps through filter cloths dressed on the filter press plate.
It works with the logic of collecting the liquid from the equipment and taking the liquid out of the equipment.

The filter press plates compressed with high pressure and the filtering cloths on it should be fed with the help of pressure pumps.

Solid materials accumulating in the volume between the plates should be removed by opening the plates and cleaning the materials between them.

Filter Press Machine Features

The high pressure filter press will greatly shorten the entire filtering cycle.
The membrane filter press adopts TPE, and the maximum clamping pressure can reach 2.5Pa, which will greatly reduce the moisture content, save drying costs and improve production efficiency.
In late filtration the flow will be small and the pressure will be high.
Membrane plate rubber or TPE should be used.
