EVAKIM Paint Sludge Scraper & Treatment System is designed and manufactured for the separation and removal of paint sludge from the circulating water of industrial water-wash paint spray booths.

During liquid painting operations, paint overspray that does not reach the workpiece is captured by the booth's water-wash system. If this residual paint is not properly treated and removed, it can accumulate in tanks, pumps, piping and water circulation systems, resulting in reduced system performance and increased maintenance requirements.

In the EVAKIM system, the circulating booth water is conditioned using appropriate paint detackification and flotation chemicals. The paint overspray loses its adhesive properties, is separated from the process water and floated to the surface.

The floating paint sludge is then continuously removed from the water surface by the mechanical scraper system and discharged into a sludge collection area.

This process helps reduce paint sludge accumulation inside the booth tank, maintain stable water circulation conditions and extend the usable life of the process water.
