Plastic Raw Material Gas Removal Ovens

Dizayn Makina Sanayi Plastic Raw Material Gas Removal Ovens are designed to assist in the controlled conditioning of plastic granules, recycled plastics, and various polymer raw materials under controlled temperature before production, reducing moisture and removing volatile components within the material.

The oven systems can be specially designed to meet needs for use in plastic injection, extrusion, recycling, and plastic raw material preparation processes.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

After placing the plastic raw material inside the oven, the system reaches the predetermined temperature value. Fans circulate hot air inside the oven in a controlled manner.

Moisture and volatile components formed during the conditioning of the material with heat are removed from the oven in a controlled way.

Process temperature and duration are determined according to the type of plastic raw material used. Thus, suitable operating programs can be created for different materials.
