ROTARY PACKAGING MACHINE
Rotary filling machine, which is being made within the body of HTS GROUP MAKINE, is made as 4-6-8-10-12. There are two variants of these, and the air type is recommended for thin materials. Turbine type is recommended for products such as normal (cement, sand, adhesive).
These machines are suitable for filling valve bags. Feeding is done by rotary valve or auger. Electronic weighing is done. The device checks the previous bag and accordingly slows or speeds up the filling speed. An empty bag is placed at the first station. This process is done automatically or manually by the operator. 360° rotating fast and slow filling takes place. When the bag comes to the unloading station, it leaves the bag on the belt and finally the filling takes place.
