Big-Bag Filling Units are systems that ensure that powder liquids are packaged and shipped in the maximum possible amount. Raw materials filled into Big-Bag Units are materials such as granulated sugar, flour, gypsum, cement, calcite, corn, PVC, granules and salt. Big-bag sacks are produced with raw material capacity from 500 kg to 2000 kg. Both the body and slings of big-bag sacks are produced accordingly. Thus, the maximum amount of raw materials or products that can be packed in one go is packed. Here, these raw materials used in industrial applications are filled into big-bag sacks before storage or shipment with the Big-bag Filling Unit.
Big-bag filling unit can be produced with manual control as well as with weighing control (loadcell, loadcell). In Big-Bag Filling Units with weighing control, the operator can enter the weight value from the touch screen on the automation panel. The automation system, which is expected to receive a signal from the scale at the bottom of the big-bag, automatically cuts off the material flow when it reaches the determined weight. Thus, the big-bag filling process is completed. These operations are done with PLC control. In systems with manual filling, the operator follows the big-bag filling. The big-bag, which is about to be filled, can finish the filling by closing the material discharge valve.
It is important to evacuate the rotten air in the big-bag for dusting micronized materials (calcite, flour, starch, coal dust, lime, cement, bentonite). Thus, no dusting occurs during filling. In the design of Neuron Brand Big-bag Loading Machines, the big beak is fixed by hanging on four rings and can move up and down thanks to the flexible groove on the filling part. Thus, it is possible to fill bigbags of different capacities. Many industrial facilities choose to automate the big-bag filling process. In this case, a conveyor that transfers the full big bag to the loading area is added to the system. After the filling process is completed, the big-bag is placed on the band and proceeds automatically.
