Cereal and Legume Seeder

It is a tractor-drawn type machine that continuously places cereals and similar seeds along with fertilizer into the soil in the same row, at the desired amount and depth. The seed and fertilizer compartments have separate graduated systems allowing the desired amount of seed and fertilizer to be applied. It can be manufactured with 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, or 26 rows. The tillage and planting status can be adjusted by a mechanical lifting device (automatic) or hydraulic lifts.

General Features of the Machine:

• There are 8 types of seeders with fertilizer available in 12-14-16-18-20-22-24-26 rows.
• The drive systems and furrow openers have a mechanical automatic system (lifting device) that can be adjusted according to work and road conditions.
• In this system, the automatic arm can be hung to select the machine's work and road status.

Preparations and Required Applications

Subsoiler System:

• The furrow openers that enable seeds to be planted in your field have mechanical adjustments allowing cereals and fertilizer to be planted at the desired depth and measure.
• These adjustments should be observed and made by the farmer depending on land and field conditions.
• Both adjustment scales are left at the same intervals. Fertilizer and seed from the boxes combine in the telescopic path and are discharged into the channel opened by the disk in the field through the subsoiler pipe.
• The furrow created during planting is largely closed by the closing chains (scraper chains) dragging soil from behind. The remaining opening serves as a rainwater feeding channel, nourishing the seed and fertilizer and allowing water flow.

Number of Units

Seeder Foot Disk Feature: All models use a single bearing in their disks. Additionally, the shoes are made of boron steel.
