BK Belt Scale

BK Series belt scaler is a system that determines the transport rate and total weight amount of materials transported in bulk on an endless conveyor belt according to the speed of the belt.
It prevents waste of time by weighing the materials carried on the belt separately.
By continuously recording the materials coming from the mine or the production line, it makes shift, day, month, year reports and keeps production efficiency under control.
The amount of material weighed can be monitored as t/h, kg/h, kg/m, kg, mt/s and %.
Bk series belt scale consists of load cells, speed sensor and control indicator.
It can be easily adapted to the existing conveyor belt.
