4-Axle Detachable Gooseneck Lowbed Technical Specifications

Chassis

  • The Lowbed chassis is constructed from four “I”-section beams made of 20–25 mm x 200 mm (ST 52.3 A grade) top and bottom flanges and 12 mm ST 52.3 web plates, welded using a submerged arc welding machine.
  • The chassis is reinforced along its entire length with 160–200 NPI crossbeams for additional strength.

Hydraulic Legs – Gooseneck – Engine

  • Four hydraulic legs, each with a 25-ton capacity, controlled via a hydraulic system.
  • A 4 cc Magirus Deutz engine powers the hydraulic legs for front loading operations.

Axles

  • Equipped with 4 axles, each with a 16-ton capacity.
  • Tandem suspension with multi-leaf springs.
  • Brake linings and heavy-duty brake levers conform to TSE standards.
