Chassis

• The Lowbed chassis consists of four “I”-section beams made of 20 mm x 150 mm (ST 52.3 A grade) top and bottom flanges and 10 mm ST 52.3 web plates, welded using a submerged arc welding machine.
• The chassis is reinforced throughout its length with 160 NPI crossbeams for additional durability.

Axles

• Equipped with 3 axles, each with a 12–14–16 ton capacity.
• Air suspension, leaf spring, and tandem suspension system.
• Brake linings and heavy-duty brake levers conform to TSE standards.

Suspension

• Parabolic double-leaf Z springs, multi-leaf springs, and tandem suspension.

Front Axle Lift

• Front axle lifting system controlled from the cabin.

• Manufactured from 160 NPU profile, air-hydraulic piston-operated rear legs.

Paint

• Chassis and superstructure are washed, sandblasted, and painted in an oven using a 2+1 coat acrylic paint system.
