Chassis

• The Lowbed chassis consists of four "I"-section beams made from 20 mm x 150 mm (ST 52.3 A grade) top and bottom flanges and 10 mm ST 52.3 web plates, welded with a submerged arc welding machine.
• The chassis is reinforced along its length with 160 NPI crossbeams.

Axles

• Equipped with 2 axles, each with a capacity of 12–14–16 tons.
• Air suspension, leaf spring, and tandem suspension system.
• Brake linings and heavy-duty brake levers comply with TSE standards.

Suspension

• Parabolic double-leaf Z springs and tandem suspension system.

Front Axle Lift

• Front axle lifting system controlled from the cabin.

Tires and Rims

Brake System

• EC-standard 71/320/EWG FF brake system.
• Equipped with automatic brake adjusters, 2 emergency and 2 service brake chambers.
• 2S/2M ABS system.
• Swedish-patented Ruffels fitting system prevents air leaks in the trailer.

King Pin

• 2" (DIN 74080) or 3½" (DIN 74083) king pin made of 42 CRMO4 steel.

Support Legs

• Front: 24-ton mechanical trailer support legs.
• Rear: Manual support legs.

Rear Ramp

• Manufactured from 160 NPU profile, equipped with air-hydraulic pistons.

Floor

• Sides and wheel arches are covered with diamond-patterned steel sheets and hardwood flooring.

Paint

• The chassis and superstructure are cleaned, sandblasted, and painted in a booth with a 2+1 coat acrylic paint system.

Color

• Determined according to customer preference.
