Geıss T9 Vakum Termoform Makinesi — 4000×2000 Mm

The GEISS T9 is a fully automatic vacuum thermoforming machine designed for large-format sheet thermoforming applications. Modeled in 2010, it is operational and available for on-site inspection in Türkiye. Its automatic sheet loading and unloading system, double-sided (top and bottom) rapid heating, and Siemens-based control infrastructure offer high repeatability and short cycle times.

• Vacuum system: ~1811 L vacuum tank, four ~100 m³/h class vacuum pumps, oil level and filter monitoring can be monitored from the HMI

• Plug-assist (top pressure): Synchronous pneumatic plug system, approx. 31,800 N force

• Clamp frame and table forces: Approx. 61,075 N, infinite adjustability in two axes

• Cooling: Hybrid cooling with air and water mist support, mold and part cooling with high flow fans

• Photocell for sheet sag control and photoelectric monitoring to limit pre-inflation height

Large format thermoformed parts made of thick or thin sheet such as automotive interior trim and coatings, white goods interior parts and covers, sanitation parts, large-size technical trays and cases, advertising/billboard elements, furniture and decorative surface panels.
