• Horizontal style paper unwind stand: Raw paper is delivered with a pneumatic wide belt, with a separate tension control device on each roll of raw paper. * Pneumatic paper loading unit.
• Web-edge controlling function: Installed on the paper unwind stand, this function operates with a sensor to inspect and trace the web edge, controlled by PLC. The sensor transfers data to the web-edge controlling performer to align different paper webs. This function ensures the web edge of different paper webs remains parallel, even at high speeds, reducing paper roll edge wastage.
