Zambak Kagit Napkin Production Machine (4 Color Printing)

The FJ-II model napkin machines cut raw paper and fold it into square or rectangular napkins. The applied resistance system keeps the embossing temperature constant at the set degree, ensuring the product’s softness, fluffiness, and quality are maintained consistently. The machine features an automatic sheet counting device. Its high performance and precise counting are among its key advantages. The FJ-II model also includes a two-color printing system and can operate without printing if desired.

The FJ–III model machine is equipped with PLC technology and features an HMI operating system. Fully computer-controlled, the FJ–III model can print in four colors, producing napkins with postcard-quality printing. All printing operations can be monitored from the computer screen, allowing immediate adjustments during the process. The 360-degree color control system ensures vivid and accurate colors that meet expectations.

Paper tension control is fully automated through a servo system and is equipped with electronic sensors to prevent tearing. Different configurations can be applied to the machines according to specific customer requirements.
