1. The machine’s drive unit pushes the paper roll toward the slitting device. The roll is firmly clamped by the paper chuck and then sent to the cutting blade. This ensures that the paper roll is cut cleanly and evenly, providing exceptional accuracy in cutting size and timing.
2. The machine is equipped with an advanced photoelectric control system and a large-diameter rotating cutting blade. It can automatically determine the cutting length and perform precise cuts. If desired, the machine can cut two rolls simultaneously, with an average capacity of 100 cuts per minute.
3. The cutting unit is designed with automatic lubrication and sharpening functions for optimal performance. The sharpening wheel sharpens the blade accurately and on time based on the cutting cycle.
