Key Features

1. High-Strength Machine Frame

The machine frame features a specially engineered structure designed through Finite Element Analysis (FEA). After welding, each frame undergoes annealing and aging heat treatment to eliminate welding stress, effectively control deformation, and ensure outstanding structural strength, rigidity, and long service life.

2. Optimized Hydraulic System

The hydraulic oil tank is mounted on the top of the machine, providing smoother oil suction and improved hydraulic efficiency.

The hydraulic piping is centrally arranged to ensure rapid system response and highly sensitive operation. Multiple vibration damping and buffering measures are incorporated to significantly reduce the risk of oil leakage.

The hydraulic pipelines mainly adopt the German 37-degree flare fitting system together with Walform® tube forming technology, providing weld-free pipe connections with extremely high sealing reliability and virtually leak-free performance.

3. Advanced Servo Pump Control System

The machine is equipped with an advanced servo pump control system, offering the following advantages:

4. Intelligent Electrical Control System

The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC programmable controller from Germany together with MTS displacement sensors from the United States or Balluff displacement sensors from Germany.

The control system can be easily integrated with peripheral automation equipment and production lines.

The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) features a bilingual Chinese and English color touchscreen.

The electrical control cabinet adopts complete separation of high-voltage and low-voltage circuits, and all wiring complies with CE requirements, providing excellent international compatibility, easy identification, convenient maintenance, and user-friendly operation.
