Dusts removed by washing prevent contamination of cooking water. The product obtained is cleaner and more yellow in color. In addition, some water absorbed into the wheat during the process helps to reduce the cooking time. The system is also used in processes such as flour, pasta, semolina. The dust and water remaining on the surface of the product are removed from the product by centrifugal force.
