Water Bottle Washing Machine

1- Each washing section is equipped with sprinkler groups that clean all surfaces of the bottles using pressurized water. Every bottle entering the washing machine passes through thirty-eight separate spray nozzles.

2- The travers bushings of the washing machine are made of polyurethane material.

3- The pumps have in-house manufactured filters, ensuring they never get clogged.

4- The cleaning cover of the washing tanks is located on the side sheet, allowing for quick drainage and easy cleaning during maintenance.

5- The washing tanks are designed with angled corners instead of sharp edges to prevent dirt accumulation and simplify cleaning.

6- The machine is equipped with canopies and shields at the inlet and outlet to prevent water from splashing outside.

7- The baths and their respective water capacities in the machine are as follows:

• Bath: Internal washing bath
• Bath: First washing bath
• Bath: Hot water bath with detergent
• Bath: Cold water bath
• Bath: Active oxonia bath
• Bath: Rinsing bath
• Final rinse sprayer (connected to the filling line)

The water levels of the washing tanks can be adjusted as desired. Since the hot water tank's circulation is completely closed, detergent and heat loss are prevented.

10- In the final rinsing bath, after the bottles are washed, the water supplied by the main line is used to rinse the bottles, ensuring that the bottles are not affected by the internal washing water.

11- The machine uses five pumps.

12- The machine’s side sheets are 4 mm thick.

13- The total body length of the machine is a maximum of 10 meters.

14- The machine’s main electronic control system (PLC) is mounted directly on the washer.

15- The main motor is equipped with a speed control unit.

16- Each bath has inspection windows for visibility (a total of eight windows).

17- A unique feature applied for the first time in this machine: when a bottle enters the machine, before reaching the cold water bath, it is emptied and filled with water from the first bath pump for a set time, allowing internal washing. (Since this water comes from the excess water of the final rinse bath, continuous water addition after startup is not required.) This bath is the internal washing bath, preventing any foreign materials or liquids inside the bottles from contaminating the bath water.

18- Before leaving the washing machine, the bottles are slightly tilted and subjected to continuous air blowing to prevent residual water from the bottle base from being carried out.

19- The driver and PLC units are OMRON brand.

20- Contactors and motor protection units are TELEMECANIQUE brand.

21- Pumps are of Italian brand LOWARA.
