Water Bottle Filling Machine Ad Description
1 - The machine group is designed as a complex system capable of washing, filling, and capping 19L and 15L PC water bottles.
2 - The machines operate under a central PLC control system. All operator or electrical faults are displayed on the PLC screen, and any required adjustments can also be made through the PLC. The PLC is Omron brand.
3 - Emergency start/stop buttons are located at the machine's inlet and outlet. Once the machine is started, it operates automatically without the need for operator intervention.
4 - The entire machine structure is made of Cr-Ni (stainless steel).
5 - The total power of the machine group is 20 kW.
6 - Many of the gearboxes used on the machines are manufactured in-house, with an average lifespan of 20 years. The gearbox that drives the traversing system is Yılmaz Redüktör brand, and the pumps are Lowara brand.
