The parts to be washed are placed on the basket, which is placed on a stainless rotating platform with a sliding system, and is subjected to a rotary basket washing with water under high pressurized detergent in a closed cabinet. Washing process is carried out to clean oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on dirty surfaces from different angles through time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate. By filtering the water through the circulation system, it is designed to wash parts with minimum consumption of water, detergent, electricity and time (labor).
