Vibration Table Liya Laboratory Test Devices Ad Description
General Features:
Used for compacting fresh concrete specimens to minimize entrapped air within the mix.
In the vibration table compaction method, vibration should be applied for the minimum time required to achieve full compaction of the concrete. Preferably, the mold should be clamped or pressed firmly onto the table to prevent movement during vibration.
The vibration motor is mounted on the main body and controlled via an electronic panel. Molds are attached using a clamping mechanism. The unit is coated with electrostatic powder paint. Available in two sizes: 610×380 mm and 620×1260 mm.
