Vibrating Moulding Screen

After pouring the melt into the mold coming from the molding line, the sand in the glass and the workpiece are separated as a result of the shaking movement of the walker. Thanks to the shaking action, lumps, core pieces, casting burrs and other foreign materials are dispersed and poured onto the under-sieve band. These are then separated by magnetic separator and polygon sieve, respectively.
