Vgpl V1 – Hydraulic Panel Press Washing Lines

CMS Hydraulic Panel Press Washing Lines can assemble and press double, triple or structural (step, facade) glazed IG units as a standart. The machine holds the first glass panel in suspension on a rubber made, anti-oil board equipped with independent suction cups and a quick release mechanism. The second panel, on which a butyled aluminium frame has been mounted, is positioned and stabilized by means of an air cushion. The movable section automatically brings the first panel onto the second one, pressing them uniformly, automatically adapting pressure according to the size of panels. The press is completely automated and controlled by a PLC. All functions can be operated from a multilanguage touch screen panel located at the front side of the machine. The control panel.
