Ultrasonic excitation minimizes static and dynamic friction forces on the walls. Storage containers as well as conveying and dosing systems are therefore adjusted to a barely perceptible vibration, allowing the bulk material to flow continuously or as needed/dosed. Due to the intelligent excitation principle, ultrasonic waves spread almost evenly over the entire surface of the container. The frequency change process allows different metallic geometries to be excited.

The generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency energy, which is then transformed into ultrasonic vibration by the transducer. Sound waves cause the bulk material container to vibrate in the high-frequency range. Due to intelligent frequency variation, vibrations are efficiently transmitted to the container wall via an acoustic conductor welded to the container through the connected transducer.
