Two Deck Fine Cleaning and Sorting Machine

This machine has been developed for the separation of products like Pulses, grain and seeds from foreign substances. Light grain and undersized products can be separated from the main product

By the top & lower sieve with the vacuum aspirator. Heavy impurities such as sand, but small can also be distinguished from the products. More dry granular agricultural products are used in the pre-cleaning process.

There are two standard models; fixed and movable type.

Working Principle:

Product delivered to the machine with hopper feeder through vacuum aspirator. According to this machine pre-installed screening is made and number of small and heavy impurities through Screen holes separated from the product and fall under. At the same time the air absorption to the product, cleared the product from the undersized and light weight ones. In The first sieve there are thin grains and light weight products, Separated from the second sieve of the thin and undersize product which can be separated as the top two paint sieve.

Each product is subjected to cleaning five times with vacuum aspiration which guarantee the best  cleaning system.  The cleaning system which is under the screen has brushes moving forward and back, so there is no risk for the screen to be blocked.
