Horizontal synchronized axle Twin Shaft type mixer system is the most advantageous system for maximum homogenity. It is provided that low water-cement ratio and a mixing in a manner of entire cement will come into contact with the aggregate in the minimum period of time at the Twin Shaft type mixers. This is an important factor in increasing the efficiency of the system.  During twin mixing shafts working in synchronous, the material in the mixer with the natural effect of its own weight mixes with cement. Twin shaft mixers, have reliability and efficiency as well as low maintanence and operating expenses. Twin shaft system continuously grease it self with automatic greasing system. There is automatic washing system at twin shaft mixers for the aim of reducing time and cost of operation.
