Tractor Rear Loader

Equipment is a suspended type machine connected to the tractor three-point hitch system, with a mechanical discharge system and a lifting system assisted by a hydraulic cylinder. The loader is manufactured and used for short-distance loading of materials such as soil, sand, and fertilizer. The bucket includes a three-point suspension system, machine carrier frame, bucket supporting frame, bucket, bucket blades, hydraulic cylinder and hose connections, discharge lever of the discharge mechanism, return spring, and support foot.

The tractor rear loader produced by ÖZİŞTAR Tar. Mak. San. ve Tic. is manufactured in single and double hydraulic cylinder types. Additionally, each type is available in Short, Normal, and Extended models. The bucket includes a three-point suspension system, machine carrier frame, bucket supporting frame, bucket, bucket blades, hydraulic cylinder and hose connections, discharge lever of the discharge mechanism, return spring, and support foot. It is attached to the bucket frame in a way that allows rotation and is fixed by two pins. When the bucket is in the closed position, it is lowered to the level of the material to be loaded via the hydraulic cylinder and tractor hydraulic system, then the tractor is reversed to allow the bucket to penetrate and fill with material. After filling, the bucket is lifted by the hydraulic system and when reaching the unloading area, the discharge lever is pulled to unload. The emptied bucket returns to its original (closed) position thanks to the return spring.

Precautions During Transport and Shipment

When loading the machine onto transport vehicles, it must be protected against friction and hard impacts. Necessary fastening and securing materials should be used to protect the machines from impacts and friction during transport on the vehicle.

Machine Assembly

For attaching the machine with a three-point hydraulic system to the tractor, the tractor is brought close to the machine. First, the left lower link, then the right lower link, and finally the upper link are attached to the machine. The machine connected to the tractor is centered relative to the tractor axle using the tractor side stabilizer arms. Desired direction and angle adjustments should be made on the machine.
