TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF CAPPED DAMPER
SUPERSTRUCTURE
- Flat base on the front in 7.500 mm-9.500 mm sizes, also it is 2420 mm long inside and 2550 mm long outside
- It has 3 or 4 caps on the sides
- Back cap has suspension beam and it is 2 opening type
- 950 mm cap has double addition in 350 mm x 350 mm sizes
HYDRAULIC
- Damper movement is provided by level 5 heavy telescopic cylinder which provides 450 tilt angle. (LIFT COLD DRAW SEAMLESS PIPE )
- Oil reservoir has suction filter, damper pneumatic remote, two speed lowering valve and a limit control security.
- Gas tank must be added to trailer, hydraulic contact between trailer and conveyor is provided by 2 sockets
RACK
- Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded by submerged welding machine automatically. They are welded between 120/12 mm under or upper flat steel and 5 mm hub plate
- These racks are supported against twisting by binding with axle beams
AXLE SHAFT
- 3 axle shafts with the capacity of 12 tons, are used
- There are break shoes and heavy break levers suitable for TSE norms
SUSPENSION
- Automatic boot unloading process (UNLOADING LEVEL)
- Parabolic double deck Z springs and dashpots
ELEVATING FRONT AXLE SHAFT
- Remote operated elevator system for front axle shaft in cabin

- Automatic slacks, 4 spring brake chambers and 2 service brake chambers.
- RSS that provides safe driving systemagainst2S / 2M EBS and rollover(Balance Control System).
- Air leaks in trailer are blocked by Sweden patented Ruffels union system
KING-PIN
- Steel king-pin which is 2” according to DIN 74080 standards and 3½” CRMO4 according to DIN 74083 standards is used
LEGS
- Two speed, mechanical conveyor legs with the capacity of 24 tons
PAINT
- Rack and top structure are painted in paint drying oven by Washing + Sanding + 2+1 coat Acrylic Paint

- It will be specified according to customer request
