For each material of different sizes, mechanical sheet adjustment is automatically made in seconds without any operator intervention, providing significant time savings in the production process.

While these settings are manually made in other thermoform machines, the system developed by KONSAY performs the operations automatically at the touch of a button. This not only saves time but also eliminates the need for mechanical operator intervention.

Adjustable Pressure Frame (First in Turkey)

The fully adjustable pressure frame developed with KONSAY engineering positions automatically according to different sheet thicknesses and sizes, requiring no mechanical intervention from the operator. This feature, being the first in Turkey, offers the operator precise frame adjustment with the touch of a button.

SMART HEATING TECHNOLOGY

• Segmented Infrared Heaters:

Heating zones are controlled separately, applying heat only in the necessary areas to save energy.

Fully Controllable Heat Structure:

Infrared heaters can be precisely adjusted in percentage (%), providing the most suitable homogenous heat distribution for each product.
