The Dual-Coating Machine

The Dual-Coating Machine is essentially designed to homogeneously combine dry and wet mixtures. Dry materials (hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, roasted chickpeas, etc.) and wet/liquid materials (h.e.g., chocolate, spicy sauces, oil, molasses, glucose syrup, etc.) are fed into the machine simultaneously or in a controlled sequence. Thanks to the mixing drum or augers, each individual dry nut is perfectly coated with the sauce.
