Tea Sorter

Tea sorter machine has a different structure than normal color sorter. Tea machine has 2  independent bottom-up sorting part. Each independent part has 256 pieces blowers and 4 pcs 5340 pixel sensors colored camera. The image is transferred to image processing card by these cameras. Good and bad products are determined here and then bad products are put out through the ejectors. Briefly independent each part of the machine, has like this operating principle. Each part has separately adjustable feature thanks to image processing and touch screen. Naturel product is movabled by the elevator to the upper magnetic feeder part, and it's falled  to the upper sorting part’s product channel which refers  to  1. Sort. 

First sort camera setup tea soter separates inside of the tea’s rough trash and tea stems. When the cleaned tea goes on its way, it falls into sub-sorting parts product channel, that refers to 2. Sort as the tea’s level of the pollution is very low, first and second qualities teas are separated here. For the final  product , tea is falled into 2 different magnetic feeders
