The Tea Bag / Boxed Tea Packaging Machine is a streamlined device designed to wrap small to medium-sized boxes, offering versatility in both square and rectangular shapes. This automatic machine efficiently packages products in a side-by-side envelope-style, controlled via a touchscreen connected to an encoder system PLC. It simplifies mold changes and provides an operator-friendly experience. Feeding can be done manually or automatically, depending on production line configuration. For easy opening, an opening band stripe can be attached to the box's external cellophane. Optional features include color and printed cellophane with a photo-cell system and date coding equipment.
