Tank

• Produced to be resistant to ultraviolet rays, corrosion, and the adverse effects of agricultural chemicals, and does not form bacteria or algae on its surfaces.
• Hydraulic mixing system easily mixes the chemical with water.
• The tank filler on the machine allows the chemical tank to be filled in a very short time.
• The embossed water level indicator on the spraying tanks is easily visible to the user during filling and emptying.
• An optional clean water tank independent of the spraying tank can be added to all machines.

Pump ÖZ 496 D

• Suitable for use in field spraying areas and similar places; besides spraying, it can be used for irrigation, pressure washing, and transferring all kinds of liquid chemicals.
• Valve discs and covers are stainless steel.
• All 2-3-4 piston pumps operate by receiving motion from the tractor PTO shaft via an intermediate shaft.
• This pump has an internal manifold, and surfaces in contact with chemicals are coated with anodized aluminum, making it corrosion resistant.

Spraying Boom

• The working width of the booms on our machines is 6 m - 8 m - 10 m - 12 m - 15 m - 16 m - 18 m, with options for fixed boom or adjustable via up/down winch mechanism or hydraulic lift to suit customer preferences.
• Spraying booms are attached to the chassis with 4 bolts.
• For stable operation on uneven terrain, the boom reflects parallel to the crop thanks to the shock absorber on the boom.
• Standard long-lasting, easy-to-clean brass-bodied clamp nozzles are used on spraying booms.
• Spray injectors are standard every 50 cm; optionally can be placed at 35 cm - 70 cm intervals.
• Pipes used on the wings are resistant to high pressure.
• Galvanized springs are available to facilitate wing opening.

Chassis

• Profiles used are made from ÖZ 37 material, selected for high strength and resistance coefficient.
• Protective primer paint and metal paint are applied to the chassis for added durability.

Applications

• Can be used against harmful pests and diseases affecting field crops such as cereals, sugar beet, and grain.
• Can be used to eliminate unwanted plants and weeds.

Optional Features

• Optional fan-shaped Tjet nozzles and adjustable angle atomizer nozzles with stoppers are used on spraying booms.
