The Automatic JIG Spot Welding Machine can be used for spot welding fences, doors, panels, and elevator parts.

Technical Specifications:

• One 150 KVA 50Hz transformer.
• 3-Phase, 400V/50Hz, Pneumatic, Water-cooled system (excluding cooling unit).
• Unlimited recipe memory.
• The machine moves in 3 axes with 3 servo motors. (X, Y, and Z axes)
• Our machine operates in teach mode with two welding pistons.
• There are a total of three servo motors in the X, Y, and Z axes of the lower table.
• The maximum product width is 800 mm and the length is 1,900 mm. Our machine has two stations.
• One 800 x 1,900 mm product can be welded at each station.
• The sheet thickness for DKP is between 0.5 mm and 3 mm.
• The maximum for galvanized sheet metal is 1.5 + 1.5 mm.
• A light barrier safety system is available.
• A 10" Beckhoff industrial PC is available.
• The average capacity is 30/45 welds per minute.
