It ensures that the dough, which has completed its process in the Automatic Spiral Dough Kneading Machine with Mobile Boiler, is transferred to the cutting machine quickly and safely, without human touch. When the bowl reaches the highest level to empty the dough, it starts to rotate around itself automatically and all the dough is emptied thanks to the scraper apparatus inside the bowl. After the boiler has completed the emptying process, it completes its descent very smoothly thanks to the speed control (especially the last descent part).
