1. The wires used are Kr_Ni alloyed stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
2. The sieve wires are applied to support each other with bolts and strong adhesive and do not allow loosening of the wires.
3. The sieve pulleys in st 37 profiles are coated with epoxy quality against corrosion.
The 4th sieve wires are applied in the middle or as a single piece according to the diameter of the pulleys. In cases where additional uses are not suitable (temperature, acidic, etc.), a single piece of sieve mesh should be used.
We use stretching apparatuses of our own design for the 5th sieve tensioning. We can stretch the sieve pulley in the desired diameter between Q 1 meter and Q 3 meters.
6. Wires between 100 microns - 10 000 microns can be stretched.
