Operating Conditions

The machine must operate smoothly within a temperature range of 0 °C to +60 °C. Additionally, it must function reliably under high humidity and dusty working environments.

Standards

The machine is manufactured with a double-tank system and a reinforced body structure. It is produced exclusively by REKPARSAN A.Ş. in Turkey.

• Mechanical components also comply with DIN 5510 / Part 2 (Fire and Smoke Resistance).
• The machine is designed for a minimum service life of 30 years. All materials used are new, suitable for their intended purpose, and conform to internationally accepted standards such as UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, BS, or their equivalents.
• The machine has a minimum protection class of IP 54.

Machine Operating Principle

• The digital thermostat automatically activates when the temperature drops 5 °C below the set value and can be adjusted in 1% increments.
• The basket is designed to rotate inside the machine during operation.
• Detergent water is sprayed from all sides of the basket through fixed nozzles. The machine includes 2 pumps and 2 nozzle lines.
• Inside the washing chamber, 220 liters of water are contained. The pumps draw this water and deliver it to the nozzle lines. Filters are installed at suction points to capture small particles.
• Hot water is stored in the machine’s internal tank and heated by two 15 kW heating elements.

Electrical – Electronic Equipment

• Power supply: 380 V – 50 Hz, 3-phase. All cables are halogen-free, and the control panel and entire electrical installation are IP 54 rated, manufactured according to CE and European standards. The entire electrical system of the machine is equipped with SIEMENS components.
