BL-PVL-480 PV Lamination Machine

BL-PVL-480 is a locally manufactured PV lamination machine developed for solar panel production, R&D studies, laboratory testing, and small-scale PV module lamination applications.

Designed and manufactured in Türkiye, BL-PVL-480 combines glass, EVA, solar cells, and backsheet layers through vacuum, temperature, and controlled process structure, providing reliable and repeatable lamination.

Thanks to its advanced heating system, powerful vacuum infrastructure, and PLC-based control system, it offers high precision, stable process control, and homogeneous lamination quality in PV module production processes.

The 480 x 480 mm lamination area is suitable for small panel production, sample preparation, and process validation tests. In addition, the machine can be specially designed and manufactured according to the customer’s product dimensions, process requirements, and production targets.

BL-PVL-480 provides a controlled, homogeneous, and repeatable lamination process with PID-controlled heating, PLC + HMI control system, 70–90 Pa vacuum capability, 0–200 °C temperature range, and approximately 15-minute lamination time.
