Sludge Dewatering Unit

The Tidap Sludge Dewatering Unit is a comprehensive system designed to efficiently process and treat various types of waste materials, making it an essential component for facilities such as chemical plants, marble industry wastewater treatment plants, sand washing and screening facilities, ceramic and porcelain sludge treatment, mining recycling, and wastewater treatment plants. Equipped with a 4250-liter Sludge Thickening Tank, this unit features a custom-manufactured tank mixer powered by a 3 kW geared motor. It includes an Automatic Polyelectrolyte Dosing Unit with a capacity of 500 liters per hour, crafted from AISI304 stainless steel and built with a three-stage design for optimal operation. The unit also incorporates a 2" air diaphragm type Filter Press Feed Pump and a motorized hydraulic unit with 800 mm plate-sized 20 plate Filter Press, offering automated system control through an automation panel. This complete setup comes pre-assembled for convenient installation and operation in diverse treatment applications.
