The specifications of the MACHINE:

• The machine is used in the main body of a 150 x 200 x 4 mm profile chassis.
• A 100 x 40 x 3 mm machine with 70 x 70 x 3 mm and 60 x 40 x 3 mm profiles is used.
• There are no spaces used in machine power transfer. Timing is electronic with a gearbox and pulleys.
• The system includes 2 sets of a servo system.
• A Klemsan frequency voltage converter control card terminal is used.
• Pfaff 1245 or 335 brand board shuttle sewing machines are used.
• An infinite type roll wrap is used in the control portion with an LCD monitor, computer, gear box, keyboard, and two colors of industrial paint and mouse.
• The machine standard is fabric weaving and is painted.
• Operates with 6-8 bar air and 220V.
• Electric works occur within a machine setup area of 6 m x 6 m.
