Thermal Stability

Its thermal stability is very high in modern hydraulic systems where high temperatures can occur. Tellus hydraulic oils prevent the formation of sludge-like products, even at high temperatures, ensuring clean and reliable operation.

Oxidation Resistance

Its resistance to oxidation in the presence of air, water, and copper is very high. Excellent results were obtained in the Turbine Oil Stability Test (TOST). Low acidity, low sludge formation, and low copper loss mean longer oil life and reduced maintenance costs.

Water Resistance

It has high chemical stability, even in operating conditions with high humidity. This feature ensures long oil life and minimizes the risk of rust and corrosion.

Exceptional Anti-Wear Performance

It features a wear-preventing additive package that has proven its performance under all operating conditions and high loads. It has passed a series of rigorous piston and pump tests, including those for the Denison T6C (dry and wet versions) and Vickers 35VQ25. Its high protection properties extend equipment life.

Excellent Filterability

Tellus oils are suitable for the ultra-fine filters used in modern hydraulic systems. Even when water and calcium mix, which normally clog filters, their properties remain unaffected. This allows customers to use more precise filters and obtain cleaner oil.
