               CNC control units and ROBOTIC levers which are state of art technology products in these systems are used for liquid sealing machines as control unit. In these control units, FANUC, SIEMENS, REXROTH and LNC brands which are top of the range are used as standard. As known by the users of CNC units, folding and punch machines, it provides complicated solutions for axis controls. CNC units provide simple and easy solutions for operator because G CODE is used for programming language which is an international standard. Our machines can make circular, linear and spiral interpolation from 3-axis to 6-axis and it provides to obtain a product which has same homogeneity and specification from beginning to end during sealing.  In axes and bearings, components of BOSCH brand which is one of the leading names are used. In CNC platforms and void free planet reducers which provides to move axes, ALPHA brand which is a German technology are used. By this means, it enables to work with high speed and sensitivity. Our CNC platforms can be produced as SINGLE table or DOUBLE table, Robotic, Universal, Rotating table or band type according to the specifications and measurements requested.  Especially double table and band type applications provide time and material saving and they are preferred by the companies which mass producing. Because our robotic controlled sealing machine can do 6 axis sealing, they make possible to process sealing for different products in case of three-axis using is not enough. It is mainly preferred in automotive sector in that the application is done easily.  Further, in these applications, its sealing speed is higher than other machines. Sealing head with spindle servo control and dosing pumps with drive control are designed by our RE-DE engineers in our company. Because it can do dosing with high speed and sensitivity, a homogeneous sealing can be obtained as standard. Polyol and Isocyanate rate control (stable or flexible) can be done sensitively via independent frequency convertor. Because chemical materials are mixed constantly, crystallization of Isocyanate can be prevented and it provides advantage for sealing quality and ease of use. Independent electric contacted manometers which close the pump in case of abnormal pressure change for Isocyanate and polyol, prevent to arise any problem.   We can provide wide range of sealing options (internal channel or straight surface polyol and colour options) for our customers by virtue of automatic mechanic system and programming which enable to use one or more POLYOL material in same machine for our dosing system. Further, we can generate economic solutions and small using areas because we can do the procedure in one machine that one or more machine can do. Chemical material control in dosing system is done automatically with LOAD CELLS which measure weight. Also automatic fillings can be done optionally by using these systems upon request. Our cooling system Chiller is used for cooling of double hull mixing part of sealing head, double hull ISOCYANATE and POLYOL tanks made of stainless material.
