SBTP-3085 - Automatic 8.5 Snap Button Pressing Machine
The SBTP-3085 Snap Button Pressing Machine consists of two separate units — one for the male side and one for the female side — and is manufactured as a complete set. It is specifically designed to automatically set 8.5 mm snap buttons, which are commonly used on baby clothing such as rompers and bodysuits for infants aged 0–1 year.
By changing certain attachments, it can also be used to set cap-type snaps instead of open-prong snaps. The SBTP-3095 model features an easy-to-use interface, quick product change system, adjustable settings for different materials, and high performance without material limitations. With an error rate of only 1–2%, it can press approximately 3,500 snaps in 8 hours.
8.5 mm snap buttons are generally used as accessories on children's clothing for ages 1 and above. Common applications include baby rompers, children's tops and bottoms, as well as bags, packaging, and sample cards.
