Automatic Button Pressing Machine

This machine is capable of pressing all standard movable, fixed, and perforated buttons between 14 mm and 17 mm in size. It features a dual-hopper material feeding system where nails and buttons are loaded into separate hoppers and automatically fed into the press channel for operation. A spare mold set for both large and small buttons is included, allowing quick and easy changeover within 1–2 minutes.

Designed with advanced technical and technological features, this machine can press approximately 30,000 buttons in 8 hours with a defect rate of only 1%. It is suitable for use with different materials and fabrics and can be equipped with optional fork-nail molds. The machine automatically adjusts the pressing pressure according to the fabric type and thickness to achieve optimal results.
