Rotators (rotators): It is used in all factories and workshops with welded production. Boilers, tanks, pipes, barrels, wind energy turbine poles etc. with a diameter of 500-6000 mm and even larger diameters in some special cases. It is used for turning and welding workpieces. It is manufactured with steel and polyurethane wheels. Our steel wheel converters are more resistant to high temperatures. Our converters are made in 3 types in total as conventional, self-adjusting and hydraulic lift. It can work synchronously with colonbom systems as well as independently. It starts from a turning capacity of 1 ton and goes up to a turning capacity of 250 tons. They are products that are extremely easy to use and control via the wired remote control on our converters. These systems can be preferred as fixed and walking. It offers the opportunity to use in applications such as submerged arc, gas metal arc and tig welding.
