• It is a digital stone oven capable of cooking 6 sheep or 80 chickens at the same time. Oven sheep and chicken etc. It is designed for cooking products.
• The furnace works with the gas system.
• The grill placed on top of the gas burners is covered with lava stones. The flame heats up the lava stones and the charcoal stones and meat are cooked.
• The skewers work with a rotary system.
• Contrary to classical lamb turning machines, no burning or drying occurs in the meat.
• Programming according to each product can be done from the digital screen.
• The outside and inside of the cooked meat are close to each other.
• Meats are not exposed to gas and direct flame. Therefore, a hygienic cooking is provided.
• Our furnace is very economical in terms of gas consumption. 6 burners are used in a 6 sheep machine in the market, and 2 burners are used in our oven. However, it provides very comfortable cooking in a single burner. Because the market lamb grills are open, all the energy evaporates. In the FIRINMAK lamb roast oven, on the other hand, by keeping the heat inside the oven, it is ensured that the meat is cooked economically and hygienically and that the meat is very soft when cooked.
