The combustion chamber (hell) is made of special alloy (AISI 321 S) stainless steel resistant to more than 1000 degrees Celsius. The front panels and hoods are completely made of stainless steel, and there is no rust or blackening. Thanks to the halogen lamps installed on the door, excellent lighting is provided and the lamps can be easily changed from the outside. It is highly recommended to use a water softener unit in ovens.
